Understanding complexity leads to better decisions.

That connection between understanding and decision-making has shaped my work across systems thinking, learning design, technology, consciousness and perception research, as well as hundreds of interviews and presentations. Across these contexts, the recurring challenge is the same: how can complex subjects become understandable without reducing them to simple explanations?

I am particularly interested in how models shape experience. Models help us understand systems, but they also influence what we notice, what we exclude, and which possibilities we consider plausible. Changing the frame can change the solutions we are able to conceive.

My current work turns that interest into learning products and designed experiences. I combine systems thinking, learning design, digital development, facilitation and media production to make complex relationships visible and turn understanding into better decisions.
